Apple mad about jailbreaking

Jailbreaking is legal for one reason and that is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act wasn’t being touched with jailbreaking as outlined by the Library of Congress (LOC) which was reported by Details Week. ”Innocuous at worst and beneficial at best,” is what LOC’s chief librarian said on the matter of jailbreaking Apple doesn’t believe that at all. The company issued a statement in which it said that, when it may be technically legal, jailbreaking the iPhone will void the device’s warranty.

iPhone can now to go T-Mobile after jailbreaking

The iPhone 4 jailbreak was so popular Sunday night that jailbreakme.com was having trouble keeping up with the demand. Networks other than AT and T can be used after jailbreaking the iPhone which makes it possible to download the right apps.
